Victoria, BRITISH COLUMBIA (Reuters) -A tug boat spent the evening combating a container hearth that broke out on Saturday on a cargo ship carrying mining chemical substances off British Columbia, the Canadian Coast Guard stated on Sunday, including that it could proceed to watch the state of affairs.
